Ok, with my heart and soul I will help and protect this child, just as I tried to do for Whitney. So with that said, one thing I knew that Krissi would need after Whitney's death was a safe place to grieve. So when she told me she wanted to act I said I would help. If she had said she wanted to be a doctor I would have tried to help her get into the best schools. But because she said acting, that was easy for me. I thought, "this is great". This way I could have her on the show, while at the same time be there for her and help her walk through this grief. So I wrote her into For Better Or Worse, which airs tonight on TBS. Now I wrote a very small part because I wasn't sure if she could act. She had never done it before. So needless to say I was a little cautious, but BOY WAS I WRONG! Krissi was so good in that small part that I went back and wrote major scenes for her and even one entire show around her character. I'm so proud of this kid. You have no idea. SO PROUD OF HER! I know Whitney is smiling down on her baby girl.

Here's what I'd like you to help me with if you don't mind. It is one of my heart's desires to see Krissi happy and joyous and moving through the pain of this tragedy. I know that the news media has moved on but the pain is still very real to her. What I also know is that every little bit of sunshine can help her move through. Trust me, I know. You helped me move through the grief of my mother's death. So if you will, after you watch Krissi's performance on For Better Or Worse tonight on TBS, please post a comment on my message board letting her know what you thought.

She's been through hell and to see her smile melts my heart. So I know if she reads your comments she will be even more inspired. And you better believe she'll be watching and reading...lol. You know how these teenagers are with the internet.

Lastly, if you will whisper a prayer for her and the Houston family I know that they would appreciate it. Most of you have no idea what it's like to lose a mother, especially at 19. I'm 42 and it still brings me to my knees at times.

Be well, God bless and I'll be reading tonight.

Love ya,

First of all I want to say that Bobbi Kristina did a really great job on For Better Or Worse. I really enjoyed her part that she did. Second of all I want to say to Bobbi Kristina. Sweetie I know exactly how you feel on losing your mother. I lost my mother 6 yrs ago and it stills feel like it was yesterday. Not a day goes by where I don't think of her. But I think of all the good memories I had of her and Pray about it. Even though your mother is not here physically she is there Spiritually in your heart. Just keep your head up. It will get better.

Wow!!!! You just keep inspiring with all you do Tyler. Whitney was not only smiling over her daughter's performance, she would have been humbled by you believing in her as a friend to look out for her and give her the opportunity you did. Loosing a mother is a horrible and very lonely experience. And losing a friend also brings pain. Looking after someone else's child is one of the most rewarding experiences anyone could possibly have. I am a single parent of 10 children. 3 are my own, 3 of them lost their mother as she was murdered, one has downs syndrome, and 3 were neglected by their mom and dad. You have inspired me so much through your courage in life experiences and through your movies. And in raising these children, iI have learned so much from you my dear friend. It's not what you have that matters...it is what you give of yourself:). You gave something from your heart that wound up being incredible!!! We are all here to learn from one another...either we choose to take notice, or we pass by precious opportunities that make our lives richer. I have learned that a child does not know whether they are rich or poor...that is something they are taught. If we spend more time focusing on living with purpose and let go of competing with the world....there is a peace that follows. I may not have much material wise...but iI have something money cant buy and that is compassion, love, loyaty, and dedication in bringing these children up to be proud of themselves and to have a profound love for people. Embracing a child...if every person could just mentor to one child....we could turn this world around slowly. i commend you Mr. Perry for bleeding your heart out in your films and all your community. Continue on with what you are doing because it is making a difference to sooooo many people. You gave a little girl hope and launched her dream...how priceless is that:).

I thought Krissa was awesome. She appeared to be very authentic. During the exchange, I felt like I was in the hair salon overhearing the conversation. I missed the first show, but I am glad I caught the 9 and 9:30 shows - understood each topic discussed because of the conversational flow. Job well done! Keep it up - I'm watching.

I watched FOR BETTER OR WORSE for the first time on Friday and must say that I am very pleased. The show was very funny, however, it had it's serious moments. I did not expect to see Bobbie Kristina, but was extremely excited! I did not know she had the gift of acting! Go Krissi! Keep acting! Keep moving forward! Keep praying! Keep Jesus first! Mr. Perry, thank you for stepping up to take care of Bobbi Kristina.
