Some of them are my experiences from day to day and some are about what I’m doing next or just pages from my journal. Tyler, I commend you for your stand and your heart to bring healing to a community/my community that has been hit by divorce, abuse, drugs, neglect and the like! But I'm not sure I agree with you keeping Kim Kardashian in your movie. I don't beleive she married for love, nor do I think she cares about anyone other than herself. Is there hope for all? Yes. Should she be given a chance? Yes. But I also believe this might be a good opportunity for her to realize that you can't do people and marriage any kind of way. Just read your email re: Kim Kardashian. Keep telling yourself that young man and eventually maybe you will even believe it. No one else will. That family has nothing positive to bring to the table. Just listen to the way she talks to her mother. The way her and her sisters drop the "F" bomb around their mother. But then look at their mother. HAVE YOU EVER SEEN THEIR SHOW??? That stuff didn't happen last year. IT'S HAPPENING EVERYDAY IN REAL TIME. It's not like this woman is trying to change or looking for redemption. AGAIN, HAVE YOU SEEN THIER SHOW??? Check it out my brother. And if you see anything positive in it, let us know. Please. Maybe you don't know these folks but the young kids do. And that's a negative. Keep pushing this crap. Very sad. Tyler Perry, WOW!!! I have no idea how you have remained calm through this but I have just read 3 pages of comments from so called "grown folks" and I am blown away how these people have let this one girl get their emotions all out of wack. Kim Kardashian is NOT God!! She is just a person just like the rest of us who I am QUITE SURE have done some nasty things is our past it just wasnt put out for the world to see....but GOD SAW AND HE KNOWS and could've allowed our business to be put on front street. But some of us get so "saved" that we forget I slept around too, I made stupid decisions, I drank, I smoked, whatever the case was ALL HAVE SINNED AND COME SHORT OF THE GLORY!! I see no reason to boycott or choose to not support anything else that Tyler does. It's ridiculous! What if God chose not to bless us because of our past and punish us instead? Think about carefully...alot if not most of us would be sitting in a padded room somewhere wearing a jacket that makes you hug yourself. But Im soooo glad God is not like MAN! He forgives but we who are "supposed to be like him" choose to judge and persecute. I am amazed by the ignorance displayed in majority of the comments I read. Some of you even resorted to using profanity?!? REALLY??! Come on, it is really not that deep. Some of you need to brush the dust off your bible and remind yourself of the forgiveness of our Savior. Remember the woman caught in the VERY ACT of adultery and by law should have been stoned and Jesus himself said " He that is without sin among you, let him cast the first stone." All of them left one by one, none of them could comdemn her and Jesus said to the woman that he also would not comdemn her and to go and sin more. If you need another example the criminal being crucified with Jesus asked him to remember him when he came into His kingdom and without hesitation or an assessment of his past Jesus said that "this day shalt thou be with me in paradise." There are sooo many others I could go on and on and on. Just understand that when God forgives that's the END of it and he doesn't bring it up again, he casts as far as the east is from the west. LET IT GO PEOPLE! Kim Kardashian has done nothing to any of you saying such harsh things about her. Why don't you pray for her (remember? the same way someone prayed for you?) that God will save and deliver her so that she can be used for His glory...because He can because HE IS GOD not any of you. You have neither a Heaven or H*** to put her in, just secure your seat in the kingdom. Because despite all our mayhem and foolishness He still loved on us! Dear Tyler Perry, This is not about race. I am not an angry black woman. Honestly, I've never even spoken, blogged, commented, e-mailed or otherwise discussed Kim K.'s role in your movie. I personally did not care enough! However, reading your letter annoyed me and compelled me to respond. Firstly, this is not about race. You are well aware about the negative stereotypes plaguing black women. You have built your empire, largely being sympathetic to the plight of black women in the world and in social media. For you to have the NERVE to respond to your fans legitimate concerns about your casting choice by leading it with "Diary of an Angry Black Woman...Don't Make Me Take My Earrings Off..." What!? You are single-handedly perpetuating stereotypes. I understand you might have been attempting to crack a joke, but negative stereotypes can just as effectively be delivered through jokes. We all know that. Whenever black women use their voice to speak behind something, they are angry birds who are about to fight? Come on, Tyler, do better! Did your PR person approve that letter before you sent it? Not to mention your assumption that only black women are concerned. Do comments come with a race and gender questionnaire? Secondly, can we just keep it real here? I watch Kim K's shows, unfortunately. I also eat McDonalds unfortunately. Just things I do that I know are not good for me. I'll never let my kids do either one. Your foolish implications that Kim K. is a role model? Are you wearing beer googles? Kim K. is good-looking and her family is entertaining. (I wont' even go into her looks and the obvious use of plastic surgery and what message that sends to young women.) Anyway, hence her being attractive to young impressionable people. To state that she is a role model makes me sick, especially when i think about real role models like Michelle Obama or Kerry Washington. Kim K. is famous for a sex tape and for promiscuity. I am reserving my personal opinions on sexual openness and merely stating a fact. Would you like your daughter to have a sex tape or to be romantically tied to so many men? Doubt it. Hence, do not try to shove Kim K. down the throats of other young girls just to make a buck. It is socially irresponsible. Is Barack Obama an angry black woman because he won't let his kids watch the show? Other parents irresponsibility for letting their kids watch Kim. K's show does not justify you putting her in your movie. It only perpetuates the negative stereotype that women must sexualize themselves to get ahead. Its not about gender or race, its about facts. I've been a long time fan, but now I am starting to have a few concerns... I'm disturbed by the statement regarding people looking up to Ms. Kardashian. I truly don't believe, and perhaps we should do a poll, that "people look up to her" and are in fact inundated by the media hype that surrounds her. Infamous is different than famous, and her fame has come at the expense of her degrading and objectifying herself. To whom much is given, much is required, and I believe that we have to be careful who we place, with the power that you now have, in the spotlight! Do you want your niece and nephews to look up to Ms. Kardashian? As a Christian, I am all for redemption and sharing the love of Christ, but placing someone in a role is not ministry, and should not be misconstrued as such. I am struggling to keep the young ladies that I mentor on the straight and narrow, as they are bombarded by all of the unhealthy messages that are portrayed... so now when they buy a Tyler Perry movie, they will get the same message... sell a sex tape you are beautiful, focus on the outer appearance and not your "stuff" you are beautiful, get divorced, have sex outside of marriage... you are beautiful! I just do not believe you are going down a wise road, and I hope that you truly pray about the decisions that you are making and the persons you are placing before the young people who look up to you! Drawing a crowd to the movie theater should not be a greater priority than preserving the integrity of your work and remaining accountable! Mother's Day

Hi my folks.

I got through Mother's Day, and that's all I can say about that.

Well, I'm sending you this email from my little vacation spot. It's so beautiful and peaceful here. I was just thanking God for his grace and mercy when I realized that I hadn't written in a while. He so knows I needed this break. We performed 125 shows in 126 days. We saw almost 700,000 people on this tour. Madea's Big Happy Family set all kinds of records!

Thank you for coming out and seeing the show. I really appreciate it. I just want you to know that if you haven't seen it, new tour dates will be announced in a few weeks. So don't worry it's not over yet! I still have the fall leg of the tour to do. You'll get to see it. :-)

By the way, some idiot stole my credit card number. Can you believe that? Take a look at all the stuff they charged. If you know any of these people, call the police.
