Steve Harvey Is Crazy! Bobbi Kriss Is Beyond Happy! Sherman Hemsley

Steve Harvey is crazy if he thinks he can retire from stand-up! Come on man!!! LOL. Just know that whatever you do, I'm with you. Next Thursday, August 2nd, he will be doing his last performance. It's at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. I can't be there but I'm glad it's on Pay-Per-View. It's called "Steve Harvey's Grand Stand-Up Finale" and airs live next Thursday, August 2nd at 11pm ET/8pm PT. Maybe you can do what I'm doing and order it and have a party. Let's send the brother out in style.

I want to thank you. All the messages you left for Krissi were amazing. You have no idea what this did for her. She was so happy, smiling like a five year old... LOL. I'm so proud of her. She is in both episodes tomorrow. It makes me feel so good that you all are so supportive. I told you she was good. Not only that, I told you that For Better Or Worse was a really good show. I want to thank all of you for watching. It's on tomorrow night at 9/8c on TBS, along with new episodes of House Of Payne.

Speaking of House Of Payne, Sherman Hemsley's last acting job was on an episode of House Of Payne where he reprised his George Jefferson character. He and Marla Gibbs were on the show and they were saying how they were the only two original living cast members from the Jeffersons. Sherman brought joy to millions, and I want to thank him for all the laughter he brought to our house. I celebrate your life, my friend. May you rest in peace.

Here is a short tribute video for Sherman Hemsley from when he filmed House Of Payne with us: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j8y6nPcwFng

I started watching Sherman Hemsley also as the neighbor to Archie Bunker & than the Jeffersons & Amen. He was a great comedian & will be sadly missed. Keeping his friends & any family of his in my prayers. I guess I must watch re runs to find him on the House of Payne. However he looked so great & happy in that video. God bless him. Bobbi Kristina is an amazing actress, I would have never guessed last week was the 1st time she ever acted. For Bobbi Kristina I know this is thee most difficult time in your life & you nailed it. You know just like your mom did in the studio & on stage singing! You know that your mom has gotcha & she is not letting go. You have an amazing talent. I wish you continued success as I keep you in my prayers. Steve Harvey- retirement? Are you certain about this? What about your fans?? Are we as fans selfish? Probably. Whatever your true heart desires want to take you I wish you nothing but peace, love, happiness & all of God's blessings. Thank you Mr Tyler Perry for being an inspiration & your words. God bless you.

Greetings from your earliest fan! WoW, I am such a Sherman Hemsley follower since his first appearance on All in the Family. On our local channel, viewers can watch The Jeffersons and Amen on weekdays. Nobody could do that walk he does when "Weezy" and the charactor George Jefferson enter that deluxe apartment building lobby. Even today, I get a big thrill watching it. Sherman Hemsley will live on in our hearts and in television land forever. I watched the clip with Marla Gibbs and Mr. Hemsley's appearance on The House of Payne and I would like to know if it will be available for purchase in the future.

Hi Mr. Perry. i just wanted to say that i ABSOLUTELY LOOOOOOOOOVVVEE you and all the work that you have done. i may only be 12 yrs. old, but i do understand every message in all of your plays and movies. Thank you for bringing joy to my life. But my only wish is that maybe you can come to Columbus sometime soon so i can see you in real life. Because my life long dream is to meet you in person, but that will probably never happen, so i was thinking at least i can see a play of yours. Thank you again. Love you!!! God bless

I was very moved at the tribute you put together for Sherman Hemsley!!!!!!! George Jefferson was the 1st black male enterpreneur we as African Americans saw on television (he was truly a role model)!!!!! Yes, George Jefferson was loud, arrogant, a bigot, and a know it all. However, the character George Jefferson set an amazing example of no matter how successful you become, at the end of the day, all that matters is the love of family and friends!!!!!!!!! Whether portraying George Jefferson or Deacon Ernest Frye, Sherman Hemsley has a place in television history that WILL NEVER be matched or duplicated!!!!!!!!! R.I.P. Sherman!!!!!!

That was touching as well as beautiful!!! R.I.P Sherman/ George..... Mr. Perry I feel you on that about Steve Harvey leaving comedy, but we're gaining him on television which is great!!! Well that just mean you'll have to buy Madea another pack of cig's and a dress and come on with because someone has to keep us laughing.
