Wow! These messages I'm reading about your experiences while seeing GOOD DEEDS are amazing to me.
I knew this movie was powerful and would speak to so many. Thank you. Life is so short and we have to live it to the fullest. That's the message I wanted people to take away from GOOD DEEDS. I also wanted to see that you not only enjoyed the movie but that you are taking steps to live your life to its fullest potential, which is so moving to me. I love when art inspires us to be our best. That's the only reason I do movies and plays. I want us to grow and prosper even as our souls prosper.

To all of you who went to the movies and saw GOOD DEEDS and to all of you who have encouraged many to go to the movies to see it, let me just say thank you.

If it wasn't for you, the bootleggers would have put me out of business a long time ago. I'm so grateful that you pay to see the movies. You are keeping a lot of people employed when you show up. Thanks again.

And If you haven't seen the movie, it's playing now in theaters across the country.

Only going to the theater counts.

God bless you. Speak soon,

Times like this I miss living in US as I would have been able to see Good Deeds as it hit the movies. By the time it gets to london, Tyler you would already be working on your next project. Anyway thank you for keeping us entertained. You are an inspiration.

Good Evening! Went to see "Good Deeds " today. WOW! Why did I cry and laugh throughout the whole movie. Lindsay reminded me and my daughter in many ways. The betrayal of this role was well done.I loved your role as well , WESSLEY......:) . Your works have inspired me, I have returned to college and I am making every attempt to live life to its fullest. Life is not easy but the joys it brings in the end is all worth it. At least that's all I can hold fast to , if not I would lose my mind. Keep doing what you do. You are such an inspiration to many and I appreciate and value you. Be encouraged....... Would you consider being the commencement speaker at an university? Not this year but maybe May or December of 2013.

You said it best when you said that you enjoy art that INSPIRES. Me too. :) I think most of your fan base does! The images we have on TV/Film nowadays, coupled w/this garbage music that's all over the airways most of the time, is just not cutting it. As you inspire us in our personal lives, Tyler, please know that many of us are also being inspired to inspire others through various mediums so that the cycle continues and lives continue to be impacted with positivity, hope, and, most important of all, LOVE. That's the biggest thing I love about your films and your walk (in life). Keep on keepin' on, my brotha! *Insert 'black power' fist here* LOL

Dear Tyler, Thank you so much for all you have done for so many people. You have brought so much joy into the lives of many whether thru your plays, movies, or employment. I'm not as young as I used to be but I feel after watching "Good Deeds" I need to accomplish as much as I can. Tomorrow is not promised to anyone ; thru your plays and movies you have made me realize I need to go for what I feel, within reason. Tyler, I love all of your cast members but I'm truly an avid supporter of Cheryl Pepsii Riley, thank you for bringing her back into my life..I had always wondered what happened after her popular song "Thanks for my Child". Tyler, you never cease to amaze me. The movie "Good Deeds" is a true winner along with all of your other accomplishments. May God continue to bless you in all your endeavors.

i would consider buying bootleg because i am a single parent. if i want to take 4 children, it would be about $50 to see the movie. i wish that they would go down on the movie prices so that more families could go. i do take my children, but it's still a lot of money for me. be careful on tour and i will see you when you come to town. i don't want to stay on here long. i am a little irritated today and don't wanna take it out on anyone LOL. be safe!!!!!

Tyler, Great movie! This was a feel good movie that really made you think about what is important. I would like you to play me as the kid from the murder capitol (Gary, In)to be one of the first technical black chiefs on nuc subs and then to the Clinton White House. Not finished writing it or living it yet, but after watching Good Deeds I know you are the guy. LOL
