Description:

A successful, wealthy businessman, Wesley Deeds (Tyler Perry) has always done what's expected of him, whether it's assuming the helm of his father's company, tolerating his brother's misbehavior at the office or planning to marry his beautiful but restless fiancee, Natalie (Gabrielle Union). But Wesley is jolted out of his predictable routine when he meets Lindsey (Thandie Newton), a down-on-her-luck single mother who works as a cleaning person in his office building. Outspoken, impulsive and proud- and also recently evicted- Lindsey struggles to make ends meet for herself and her young daughter. But when Wesley offers to help her get back on her feet, his innocent good deed ignites and unexpected attraction- and suddenly Wesley finds himself caught between the life he thought he wanted and the powerful desires of his heartÂ….

First of all, blessings for the beautiful words at Whitney Houston's funeral. The words of Paul that "Nothing can separate us from the love of God..." are on our eldest son's grave marker. He ended his life at age 26 and we know he was held by the arms of Love. Every movie you do is a gift to the world. We are a family who watches, laughs, cries, and loves with your creations. May God continue to bless the world with your light. A family in sunny Tucson ( : The Pickrells

Well the rest of us in the UK have to possibly wait 6 months before we get to even view the dvd. I guess it possibly won't be in England...(is it?) Why did I get married Too was in our theatres at 11am in the morning where no one came to the cinema at that time. How silly is that. The aired for about 2-3 weeks and whipped it off. I just pray success in this movie and I look forward to seeing it here. God bless Mr. perry and really congratulate your continuous success

I can't wait to own this movie on DVD! I love how God gives beauty for ashes. I love anything that God does through you, Mr. Perry, and I find myself sometimes learning more from the bonus features when you give us those gold nuggets of wisdom. "For as low as you've been, ask God to take you that high". Love you bruh Tyler. P.S. My soon to be 7 year old son wants to be just like you. Isn't that something? He's already giving me his ideas about his TV show, lol, my son isn't afraid of heights. Love it!

Hi Tyler, I can't wait to see the movie. I hope and pray that some day I get the opportunity to tell my story of a single, divorced, parent raising two daughters, including the triumphs and the tribulations. There have been some incredible highs and some disappointing lows but through it all I'd do it again!

It's a touching scene showing how only a few men are concern and helpful to mothers who are single parent .This is one show i wouldn't want to miss it's very touching it makes me cry to see someone else have to take care of another man family . It's great!

Minority representation is an endangered species within Hollywood. Hollywood only like to put minorities in roles they see fit. They only really gave minorities roles as side-kicks, mentors, and villians. And if minorities were in leading roles, it was mostly comedies or ethnic action movies. I'm glad to see movies where minorities are portrayed as human beings like everyone else. I propose that there needs to be a New Hollywood that extends its arms globally to other actors, actresses, directors, and producers to make powerful films of all genres and to express movies as a powerful art form to arouse the viewers thoughts and senses. Break down the stereotypes Mr. Perry!
