For years, George Needleman, the gentle CFO of a Wall Street investment bank, has been living with his head in the clouds. His frustrated second wife, Kate, has reached her limit taking care of his senile mother, Barbara. His teenage daughter, Cindy, is spoiled beyond hope and his seven-year-old son, Howie, wishes his father were around more. But George is finally forced to wake up when he learns that his firm, Lockwise Industries, has been operating a mob-backed Ponzi scheme -- and that he's been set up as the fall guy.

Facing criminal charges and death threats from the mob, George and his entire family are put under witness protection in the safest place that Brian, a federal prosecutor from Atlanta, can think of... His Aunt Madea's house down South.

Hey Tyler, My son and I recently seen Witness Protection and we loved it. Please don't get rid of Madea. Even though we are Caucasian even we identify with Madea. My Aunt Jean is our families Madea and when she says that she is going to smack the taste right out your mouth I think of my aunt. Now she didn't ride no stripper p*** but she believed in kids minding and respecting their elders. Keep up the good work. We have all the Madea movies and 2 of the plays and will be sure to add this one jut as soon as it is released in DVD. :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-)

Greetings Mr. Perry, just watched Good Deeds and I tell you I cried so many times watching that movie. What is interesting is that not all of those tears were tears of sorrow (of course there were some sad times-when the Airel was being taken away from her mom or when Airel had to tell her teacher that she and her mom lived in the car), it was the love that came through the characters Lindsay and Wesley-I promise that I felt every emotion it was a work of art-to be able to bring all of that through the lines, gestures, facial expressions you are a genius and you are so annoited. Good Deeds is a masterpiece in my book-Nothing like an African American Love Story!! For all the nonbelivers it does exist.-I am a witness! I have been married for 12 years and Black Love is real:) Thank you. P.S. do you ever hold open audtitions? Theatre has always been my passion and I have seen God touch many lives through theatre.

in the newspaper of orlando sentinel they gave madea's witness protection 1 star which means poor. it's 1 star because the movie did'nt show the mob and madea protecting them but i think the main thing of the movie is about family and i wish they understood that because that was the main thing about the movie. i do believe marla gibbs should have more parts.

Hello! Tyler Thanks for sharing the last series featuring Sherman Hemley also reminding us the Better or Worse show. The last week show featuring Bobbi Kristina was excellent and her acting I'll describe so fascinating and genuine. Tyler I hope you create another film similar to Madea family Reunion. I really admire the creative ability you have to make a film so unique it makes me see all your movie at the theatre. Again thanks for sharing.

Hi Tyler, I think I'm one of your biggest fans here in Cali. Seen all your movies, attended all your stages plays that came to Cali. However I'm sadden to report, 'Witness Protection' - 2 thumbs down. I know the caliber and quality of you work and this rates real low.

Would love to see "Deeds II" - while watching with my two daughters 10 a.m. this past Sunday - I thought the focus was going to be on Autism. Deeds II would begin in Africa, marriage and having a son/daughter - child does not develop normally - at 2 he doesn't respond -- take him to a doctor - diagnosed as autistic -- your mother admits to you that is what the doctors diagnosed you of having that is why they had structured you life so much (word repetition, eating the same foods, tie coloration ) you still have these traits - but you became more open when you met the maintenance young lady. My sister has two disabled kids autistic 8 and cerebral palsy she is 16 - her husband left her -- not only because of the 2 disabled kids, but because of his upbringing and things that happened to him when he was little -- but in Deeds II - you and your wife would go through autistic group sessions to learn more about this disability -- your brother and you think back on your mother and father taking you to the hospital - but never realizing what was wrong - because it was her goal never to label you -- This would be a great movie and would touch sooooo many moms who are struggling with this disability - my sister Michele has so much talent - but can execute 100% because of her struggle. -- Would love to be apart of this journey if taken. God Bless - Natalie

I could'nt believe how GREAT Bobbi Kristina was on For Better or Worse. She is definately a natural! She seemed so relaxed, not like she was acting. I hope we see alot more of her in all of Tyler's work. Thank God for you, Tyler. You've brought joy to this beautiful young woman by lifting her up as no one else could (except Whitney). BTW...Bobbi Kristina has her mothers' eyes and I'm sure alot more of her mom inside her. May God bless you, Tyler and Bobbi K.

Just wanted to know when it will hit the stores on DVD? I have a collection of movies and want to add this one to it. Good Deeds was a very good movie. Love your movies, they make you laugh and they make you cry. They really touch the heart and hit home.
