Description:

The film tells the story of Judith, an Ivy League-educated relationship expert who makes her living dispensing marital advice, but is so bored with her own marriage that she breaks her professional code and cheats with a smooth talking client only to realize she has made a huge mistake.

A bold exploration of the intrigue and perils of infidelity, Tyler Perry's Temptation: Confessions of a Marriage Counselor is a compelling love story that dives straight into the heart of obsessive passion. "It's about a woman who starts to get restless in her relationship and her choice to be with another man has a huge effect on the rest of her life," explains screenwriter/producer/director Tyler Perry. "She goes on a journey - in her career and in her marriage - and she ends up in a very different place than she expected." In a departure from his previous dramas, this explosive film finds Perry exploring the nature of desire - and just how powerful and dangerous a taste of the forbidden can be. "This is definitely one of the most provocative movies - sexually and otherwise - that I've made," says the director. "There are a lot people who struggle in their relationships. They make bad choices about their marriages. They get divorced. And so many of them don't step out of their situation and really think about the consequences of what they're doing. This movie asks, 'Are you sure you want to do this?' It sends up a flag."

Tyler I want to say love doesn't hurt. Be good to yourself and love as you love yourself and don't turn to temptation it is always a trick to get you to fail then leave you feeling low. Faithful will keep you smiling and happy with someone you can depend on to make you fill all temptation loving them as yourself. Meaning your not going to hurt you, so don't hurt someone else. Love always, Andrea

Hello Tyler, I miss talking with you because you make a person be real within her soul asking her questions base on your scripts because people talks to you about heat felt problems they have either did or had done unto them. I think this one temptation is very real and everyone have been tempted by their own desires. A person really need to be grounded in the word of God or have matured with issues of commitments because no matter what the temptation is, it matters not to yield to the sin that pulls you toward hurting the one you love. ,Gods word say love your neighbors as yoursel

I would love to see this movie. I wish I had that information during the early years of my marriage. It is hard to get good advice and information. My husband and I were young and married out of high school. Now our marriage has been like a blockbuster movie lol. I thank God through it all the good and bad. We got past all the foolishness and learned a lot. We are happy and the best years are yet to come. Keep up the good work. I can attest some marriages are worth the save.
