Description:
The film tells the story of Judith, an Ivy League-educated relationship expert who makes her living dispensing marital advice, but is so bored with her own marriage that she breaks her professional code and cheats with a smooth talking client only to realize she has made a huge mistake.
A bold exploration of the intrigue and perils of infidelity, Tyler Perry's Temptation: Confessions of a Marriage Counselor is a compelling love story that dives straight into the heart of obsessive passion. "It's about a woman who starts to get restless in her relationship and her choice to be with another man has a huge effect on the rest of her life," explains screenwriter/producer/director Tyler Perry. "She goes on a journey - in her career and in her marriage - and she ends up in a very different place than she expected." In a departure from his previous dramas, this explosive film finds Perry exploring the nature of desire - and just how powerful and dangerous a taste of the forbidden can be. "This is definitely one of the most provocative movies - sexually and otherwise - that I've made," says the director. "There are a lot people who struggle in their relationships. They make bad choices about their marriages. They get divorced. And so many of them don't step out of their situation and really think about the consequences of what they're doing. This movie asks, 'Are you sure you want to do this?' It sends up a flag."

Awesome movie, what a message for the whole world. My heart broke for her and other women who think Prince Charming is all that, being human we all understand temptations and desires. So many couples do not talk to each other communication is the key. Put GOD first in your life. Love your movies, a lesson in each and every one. From the humor, to the sadness, joy and happiness in our lives is what we make of it. Wonderful as always.

Mr. Perry this was one of the best movies yet. I love everything and never got the plot until Brice went to get her from Harlee house. Excellent movie.

Bravo Mr. Perry to adding another perfect film to your repertoire! Just like Fine Wine, you just keep getting better with time. I don't care what no one says! The ego of a jealous man will always covet his neighbors' wife. Intrigued by the challenge of the chase he pursues her with attention, affection, jewels and a lavish lifestyle just to get her to pay him some attention. He will be smooth at first, then strong and demanding and finally when he thinks he has his hooks into her in some way to make her long for him he will flip the script and show his true self. Foolishly, she will throw caution to the wind and the marriage v0ws out the window. People who fail to realize the joy ride to h*** is but a short trip, but the stay is forever. Hope young people -- no, all people get the message: The cost of foolish joy is just too high.

Wow, this movie was great! I went to the 1st showing! I am speechless... Mr. TP you did it again. I love this movie and the message it entails. I only pray that married couples will consider the risk of having an affair and will be attentive to their spouses needs, wants, desires, dreams and encourage each other in pursuing their divine destiny. Your message is loud, clear and appreciated.

Hi Mr. Perry, I have a plot for a book or movie that you would be very interested in. It is a tale of betrayal, deception and envy like you have never heard before. It is a true story. Thanks for ALL of your productions and may God continue to bless you!!

I am interested in becoming a writer, director, and producer myself so I thought to get acting down first. The AMDA an college conservatory performing arts school is coming to Indianapolis tomorrow to do auditions for their school either in L. A. or N.Y. I am interested in auditioning for their acting school. Mr. Perry I read how you got started and I use to live in ATL from 1996-98 until father got sick with cancer.
