Yes…the title is absolutely true. One lesson to learn in life: you can’t scorn a woman and think you’ve achieved an accomplishment. It never works out!

Anita Lincoln is a very successful, modern day, single woman living with all the luxury items available. She thrives in life having a great job and lots of friends. She also takes care of family, especially her younger sister, Mona, and Grandma Hattie. Mona has found true love and is getting married, totally funded by her sister, Anita.

But there is just one thing with Anita, she wants a loving man in her life to fill a void. That’s when Jasmine, her best friend and work associate, comes in. Jasmine takes it upon herself to “help” Anita find her man by matching her with someone on the internet. Randy is his name; shame is his game. But all that, of course, is unbeknownst to Anita at the time. He is very charming and loving and supposedly well-to-do.

On a trip to Las Vegas, Randy convinces Anita to marry him and the tides turn; Randy is in charge. But, beware of Randy! And be careful how you handle your business. A scorned woman takes no wooden nickels. Anita is appalled by the circumstances and determined to take her life back. The tides turn once again with Anita making sure Randy never……

The rest of the production is unpredictable and entertaining! Don’t miss Tyler Perry’s “Hell Hath No Fury Like a Woman Scorned”!

I saw your play last night (in Philadelphia) with my husband, on our anniversary. The play was excellent and Ms. Hattie stole the show! Keep up the good, positive work!

I saw your play last night with my husband... All I can say is fantastic work! Your cast is amazing! God has truly blessed you with a gift and it's wonderful to see you sharing that gift with others... On a side note, ladies if you have a spouse that takes you for granted this is the perfect play to see with them! Hey, that's why I took my hubby...lol teach them to appreciate you presence before they feel your absence! Great job! Love you and all your work... God bless!!!

I went to see the play on opening night and I must say it was great. I love your plays and I love the spirituality you bring forth. I look forward to attending more of your shows, as for Ms Hattie, I love her, she is hilarious, your cast is awesome. Keep up the good work...

I think you're doing a great job in entertainment and educating people at the same time. Sometimes it's hard to give a message to someone. And your method seems to be working quite well. My wife and I along with other family members really enjoyed the show. Between president Obama and you makes me feel proud to be a black man. I work as a self made clown entertaining people like you do. And i carry that same constant smile on my face. I wish my success was as great as yours, but seeing what you do gives me hope. Again thank you and may God bless you and your family. PS my stage name is "HAPPY FEET"

I laughed, I cried, and I clapped until my hands hurt. The actor's were great. I can't wait for u to bring another play to philly I'm definitely coming. I left this play with a message that touched home. Also I love that you had Pattie Jackson introduce the play. Thank you for an enjoyable night

This play is fantastic, and we are just at intermission. Just what the wife and I needed on date night. Highly recommended, a must see!

I just came from seeing this Play tonight. Great plot, and acting. Aunt Hattie was excellent as usual so was Cheryl "Pepsi" and The Preacher. The rest of the cast gave a good run at it. A live Band would have pushed/inspired The Singers to sing harder, I'm sure. Thewardrobe throughout the Play left a lot to be desired. But above all this is a Hilarious and enjoyable Play. Philadelphia Truely enjoyed it, as did I.

My sister and I loved the play. Awesome cast. Wonderfully funny. Time and money well spent. I can not wait to purchase the DVD. While the entire cast was noteworthy, I must say the grandmother was absolutely fabulous. LOVED IT ALL

I love Tyler Perry's work but I have to say I did not enjoy this play at all. Too much singing, long songs, took a while to get into it. I almost fell asleep! I looked at the lady next to me and she was asleep! The lady that plays the old lady, I couldn't understand a lot of what she was saying.

Not to mention after reading some other comments, I'm so glad I got the tix for free. I would have been very disappointed if I paid for them. About 85% of the theater was empty.
