Yes…the title is absolutely true. One lesson to learn in life: you can’t scorn a woman and think you’ve achieved an accomplishment. It never works out!

Anita Lincoln is a very successful, modern day, single woman living with all the luxury items available. She thrives in life having a great job and lots of friends. She also takes care of family, especially her younger sister, Mona, and Grandma Hattie. Mona has found true love and is getting married, totally funded by her sister, Anita.

But there is just one thing with Anita, she wants a loving man in her life to fill a void. That’s when Jasmine, her best friend and work associate, comes in. Jasmine takes it upon herself to “help” Anita find her man by matching her with someone on the internet. Randy is his name; shame is his game. But all that, of course, is unbeknownst to Anita at the time. He is very charming and loving and supposedly well-to-do.

On a trip to Las Vegas, Randy convinces Anita to marry him and the tides turn; Randy is in charge. But, beware of Randy! And be careful how you handle your business. A scorned woman takes no wooden nickels. Anita is appalled by the circumstances and determined to take her life back. The tides turn once again with Anita making sure Randy never……

The rest of the production is unpredictable and entertaining! Don’t miss Tyler Perry’s “Hell Hath No Fury Like a Woman Scorned”!

Thank you so much for coming to San Jose! I greatly enjoyed the show going through an emotional roller coaster. This was the first time I've been to one of your plays and I loved it! If you come back to San Jose I promise to buy a ticket and go with my friends! We had a great time tonight and the cast was amazing. I know it wasn't a full house but all of us in the audience sounded like it! Please come back to San Jose. I can't wait to see what other plays will tour next. :)

The play was great. Good laughs, positive & powerful message of love, hope and forgiveness, good looking men, excellent singing and acting. I did notice during the prison scene that the word "physical" was misspelled. Other than that I loved the sets, the sound was good and Momma Hattie was hilarious. Love her!!!

Excited for tonight's Fresno, CA showing! I wish the advertising had been more extensive. We found out about the play on accident, through word of mouth in mid-July. We heard the advertisement on the radio a month and a half later, which was just a few weeks before the Fresno date.

I just found out about your play coming to Fresno. Others that I talked to were also not aware. I don't think that the word got out. We don't have things going on much here. If the show isn't sold out, it might have been if the advertising had be better. I got my tickets. I will be there Tuesday night. (September 9, 2014)
