Description:

Yes…the title is absolutely true. One lesson to learn in life: you can’t scorn a woman and think you’ve achieved an accomplishment. It never works out!

Anita Lincoln is a very successful, modern day, single woman living with all the luxury items available. She thrives in life having a great job and lots of friends. She also takes care of family, especially her younger sister, Mona, and Grandma Hattie. Mona has found true love and is getting married, totally funded by her sister, Anita.

But there is just one thing with Anita, she wants a loving man in her life to fill a void. That’s when Jasmine, her best friend and work associate, comes in. Jasmine takes it upon herself to “help” Anita find her man by matching her with someone on the internet. Randy is his name; shame is his game. But all that, of course, is unbeknownst to Anita at the time. He is very charming and loving and supposedly well-to-do.

On a trip to Las Vegas, Randy convinces Anita to marry him and the tides turn; Randy is in charge. But, beware of Randy! And be careful how you handle your business. A scorned woman takes no wooden nickels. Anita is appalled by the circumstances and determined to take her life back. The tides turn once again with Anita making sure Randy never……

The rest of the production is unpredictable and entertaining! Don’t miss Tyler Perry’s “Hell Hath No Fury Like a Woman Scorned”!

I really enjoyed the play! I love my floor seats! My brother-n-law, Shawn McLemore, was the pastor in the play. Hattie Mae was funny, all the dudes were fine. Thumbs up.

I attending the 3pm show 9/21/14 in Los Angles and IT WAS THE WORST ! Tyler Perry Play ever . I am a true fan .. I have to must of his plays, movies , TV shows but Tyler you are losing it . This play looked like an high school class had put this together ( look very cheap) The Story line did not have much depth. VERY DISAPPOINTED ! I say if TP does not have time to put out GOOD plays that he charges 80-150.00 I think he should STOP! …while we were walking out of the play ..we heard several people stating how disappointing they were in this play … Let’s not talk about the Wilton theater the place TP decided to have this play … most of the seats were chairs .. majority of the people were at the same level fighting to see the stage between the person in front of them and had no elbow room…. I wish him well but I’m done …..as my grandmothers says if you spread yourself all over the place something will suffer .. and it showed in this play and its showing in his TV programs …

I was taught that if you don't like something, don't say anything. Can you do better? I'm going to the NJPAC on October 8, 2014 and am looking forward to some entertainment and being out of work for six days of vacation, so that's a gift for me no matter what. Joanne Albany, NY

I really loved your play! It ministered to me on so many levels! I was in a similar type of relationship which ended about 4 months ago! I was feeling so down thinking something is wrong with me and that God does not hear me but your play uplifted me! Thank you! It was such a blessing!

The play had some very good acting! My fiance and I went for his birthday. The theme, the plot, and message of the play was clear and the singing was phenomenal! . We would have loved to see a marriage between Anita an officer Larry at the end. It would have been a fantastic twist to have the plate end with someone singing a song at her wedding. Just like she sanThe play displayed very good acting. The theme, the plot, and message of the play was clear. We would have loved to see a marriage between Anita an officer Larry at the end. It would have been a fantastic and romantic plus at the end to have someone serenading Anita wiyh a wedding day ballad... just like she sang in the beginning at her sister's wedding. Another great play Mr Perry! Patrice Lovely added classic Tyler Perry humor! <3

Momma Hattie, Momma Hattie....she was the life of the play and the play was great! What a powerful message or shall I say messages delivered throughout the play; forgiveness, being true to yourself, standing up for yourself and to wait on the Lord as you go through the process. Tyler, may the Lord continue to bless and keep you always; you have blessed me on several occasions and for that I thank you.
