Description:

Yes…the title is absolutely true. One lesson to learn in life: you can’t scorn a woman and think you’ve achieved an accomplishment. It never works out!

Anita Lincoln is a very successful, modern day, single woman living with all the luxury items available. She thrives in life having a great job and lots of friends. She also takes care of family, especially her younger sister, Mona, and Grandma Hattie. Mona has found true love and is getting married, totally funded by her sister, Anita.

But there is just one thing with Anita, she wants a loving man in her life to fill a void. That’s when Jasmine, her best friend and work associate, comes in. Jasmine takes it upon herself to “help” Anita find her man by matching her with someone on the internet. Randy is his name; shame is his game. But all that, of course, is unbeknownst to Anita at the time. He is very charming and loving and supposedly well-to-do.

On a trip to Las Vegas, Randy convinces Anita to marry him and the tides turn; Randy is in charge. But, beware of Randy! And be careful how you handle your business. A scorned woman takes no wooden nickels. Anita is appalled by the circumstances and determined to take her life back. The tides turn once again with Anita making sure Randy never……

The rest of the production is unpredictable and entertaining! Don’t miss Tyler Perry’s “Hell Hath No Fury Like a Woman Scorned”!

I went to the first show on Friday night, it was a very good show, as they all have been. There is always a message in your plays. I think that everyone who was there got it. Females as well the Males who attended. The cast was absolutely awesome. They all have such beautiful voices. Hattie Mae for me just stole the show. She is always very entertaining. Can't wait to see what ever you bring to us here in Philly, next time. Thanks for a wonderful night out.

Hello Mr. Perry. Saw your new play in Philadelphia on Saturday afternoon. The play was wonderful, hysterically funny and fabulous actors/singers. However, the Merriam theatre is torturous for anyone past their 20s. the seating is cramped , aisles are very narrow. Getting to our seats in the third row in the first balcony was difficult. Steps are steep, and short with no railings. The seats are too close to the row in front. At 5'1", my knees were only about 2 inches from the seat in front of me. The uncomfortable seating conditions made it difficult to really enjoy the play. Please, if possible, use another theatre and have someone inspect the facility for better seating, Any reason why no programs, other than the pricey ones, were available?

Went to the Sunday afternoon viewing @ the Merriam Theatre in Philly. Great message! So many of us (women) fall so hard, so fast & after its said & done; we forget to forgive. I know God & I know that forgiveness is for me, not the other person. THANK YOU for always make us look in the mirror so we can grow as individuals. Mama Hattie was hilarious!! "Tyler...YOU DID THAT!" (in my Shirly Strawberry voice)

On Sunday Oct. 5, I went to see this play and I really enjoyed it. Grandma Hattie stole the show. She was hilarious! Would have liked to see Madea, but it's all good because I enjoyed myself. God's blessings on your future endeavors!!

Dear Mr. Perry, My husband and I attended the wonderful play, H*** Hath No Fury Like a Woman Scorned, and it was absolutely outstanding! We attended the show at the Merrian Theatre in Philadelphia and it was simply a wonderful night. The place was packed but we had front row seats. We laughed, cried a little, cheered and applauded the entire cast. Everyone was great! The singing, the acting and the strength of each character permeated the walls and became a part of each person in that theatre hall. It was an amazing piece of work. I cannot thank you enough for the hard work you put into this show and all of your work. You are a blessing, Mr. Perry. Don't stop those creative juices. I thank God for you and your talent. Be Blessed............forever and ever. Amen.

Hello Mr. Tyler Perry and all cast member, WHAT A WONDERFUL PLAY!!! This was my first play that I went to. I went on Saturday 3:00 pm in Philly. The characters did a wonderful job. I must go to another play at another location. I'm not to excited about the theater in Philly. It was very small. I really didn't know what to expect because I wasn't for sure who was in this play. It is such a wonderful Idea that you (Mr. Tyler Perry) give many opportunities to other cast members to be successful. Everyone all loves Madea but the chance to bring out the best in everyone else is amazing. Cheryl Pepsi Riley is amazing. Her voice is unique. So many females have experience the same scenarios in life. This play was awesome. I finally got a chance to do something with a wonderful group of people. I'm a single parent and haven't did nothing in yearsssssss. Patrice Lovely....OMG SO FUNNY!!! "DUSTY ROSE" ALL THE CAST MEMBERS were awesome!
