Oooh, ooh. A "Quincy Jones" studio. Maybe somehow you could introduce kids to one of the early and best rap songs ever, "Human Being Band" on the "Back On The Block" (also a great rap tune) album. And then their parents could hear Valerie Simpson sing the best version of "Bridge Over Troubled Water" ever! Even after all these years I'm close to chill-bumps when George Benson cuts in with that first solo.

Thank you, thank you, thank you, Tyler Perry! Moving your studio to Ft. Mac is going to be wonderful for East Point. I've been very worried about our tiny downtown since I heard about the closure. You only had to see all the uniforms when eating lunch at restaurants near my house to know the hurt on the way. I've lived in and loved East Point since the mid-eighties, Major Hilliard's terms helped a lot but things have stalled since then. I love me some Vincent Fort but I think he's just wrong on this one. And the lady on tv bemoaning "transparency" has pretty transparently never ridden the MARTA train and looked out at the desolation along the tracks. Mixed-use indeed! Empty buildings more like, IF they ever got built. Love, Your Future Neighbor, Paula ps. pls be creative traffic-wise!
