The play was awesome in Nashville. I didn't want it to end. It would be wonderful to see a series created based on this play just to continue Cheryl Pepsi Riley's character. I love you and who you stand for. You are a wonderful man of God. Bless you on your continued success.

Your artistic works along with your obvious love for our flawed humanity has inspired me to commit to being a better, person ( I don't succeed always) and a better wife, mother, and friend to my siblings. My husband and I attended one of your early plays in Washington D.C, in the late 90' at the Ford Theater. Your fantastic portrayal of Madea coupled with the resounding and sustained applause when you returned to the stage in a light brown suit, a seriously masculine swagger and an acknowledgement of the fact that some attendees were entertained, but certainly with the secret knowledge that there were some in the theater who knew they had been privileged to see a burgeoning genius who would also be one of God's most profound witnesses. Naturally, we are thoroughly engaged in "The Haves and the Have nots". The decision to talk to your Followers/Family for the last three episodes has truly added another decision. You have taught us well! We love all the members of the cast even in all their flawed state. I have had the privilege of coming to understand the nature of Agape love as a result of the three conversations you had with your marvelous cast which allowed us to peek behind the curtain and see ourselves and begin to love ourselves thru the mirror of the cast you set before us. May God continue to bless you for all the work you have and continue to do on His behalf. Carrie Grady (Charlotten).
