    GOD bless you!!!!.....You don't know how much I needed the email you sent today. I am a 38 yr old mother of 3 who in December 2010 was diagnosed with non hodgkins and hodgkins, and a low grade bone cancer. I have been cancer free for one year. No one in my family has a has been or is a homowner but I am and no one in my family has a degree but I am on my way. I wanted to break the cycle but got side tracked with health issues. I was actually thinking about quiting school because I was giving up on myself and going against GOD in a way. I was thinking why continue with school, I'm too old to start a new career is what people have been telling me and in the back of my mind I've been telling myself that the cancer may come back and kill me anyway. Receiving this email today is what I needed to push me forth. I should have realize that GOD pulled me through for a reason.............thank you so much

      Congratulations June! You are a shining example of what one can do with determination and hard work...and of course the good Lord's blessings. Keep up the good...no GREAT work! Blessings to you.

      I forgot to mention what my dreams are........................... They are very simple, have a joyful life with my family, not to rich but to be comfortable, and to take my kids on a real family vacation as I never had that with my parents. They could not afford it when I was a child and now they have both passed away before I was able to afford it to take them.

      June...just one piece of advice. Dream big! As Pastor Joel Osteen preaches, don't put limits on what God can do for you. Don't pray/dream to be comfortable, pray for an abundance of blessings so that you can be a blessing to others (though I have a feeling you ARE a blessing to everyone you meet).

      i pray that this women continue in her fight while she is still alive she must live her life to the fullest extent that her health allows her remember you are not alone and you must continue with your inner beauty rest assure god will carry you this trying time.

      June I pray that all your Dreams come true. My mom is a cancer survivor as well she was diagnosed last year 2011 and became cancer free around early part of 2012. I know how it is to have life challenges I have overcome a lot of trails and tribulations . I decided to go back to school as well and when I did everything happened I first found out that my mom had cancer, I later found out that my son had to have surgery, and while my son was scheduled for surgery I had emergency surgery unexpected the day before his surgery. I take care of my mom so I had to stay strong for her but it was hard. I continued to push even harder to stay in school my grandmother became ill so I began to take care of her as well. I was determined to continue to push even harder my grandmother passed in November 2011 I felt like I was in a dark place but I didn't give up. I commend you on all of your accomplishments and we all get discourage sometimes. I understand what you mean about breaking the cycle. I would like to break a lot of generational curses that have been traveling to generation to generation in my family as well sometimes it can be hard but you have to keep the faith. I have to tell myself this all the time when I feel like giving up. That was just a year of my life story if I had time to type everything it would take a long time. You are a very strong woman to accomplish everything that you have so far. I'm getting ready to start school again and continue to go after my dreams as well. Keep your faith and stay strong :) Your Dreams will come true :) God will continue to take care of you and your children :)

      God Is Good!! June, when I was a young adult I took on many family responsibilities in the form of caregiver. I took care of each of my family members (4) until the end while trying to raise two daughters as well as being in an abusive marriage. It was quite an ordeal. I had a sister who lived out of state during that time. She would come and relieve me as often as she could. I had as many services as I could get under state guidelines but the bulk of the caregiving was my responsibility.I also attempted to complete college during that time. After several attempts I finally completed requirements and received my college degree. Actually, I went back and received a second degree. I did alot of praying during that time and I continue to pray for myself and others who are in the same situation as I was. I had to keep in mind that all things happen at a God appointed time. I also thought that I was too old to return to college life but I wasn't. My oldest daughter graduated the second week in MAY and I graduated the third week in May at the age of 38!! Inspite of all the adversities that we may face, remember to keep God first and that he will work all of your problems and situations out for you and that He will never put more on you than you can bear.
