Come on Tyler are you serious?! Kim Kardashian?! Out of all of the talented actresses you could of chosen to play that role you chosed a married, knocked up, adult video star? You being a Christian man who produces movies and plays that are Christian based, I can't see God in that decision at all when she is going through a divorce herself while being pregnant by another man out of wedlock. Please consider an actress that people respect the next time so you can profit better on your ticket sales. May God continue to bless your writing skills and give you wisdom and guidance in all that you do.

I pray that God uses Kim to minister to others as well as herself. Keep up the good work Tyler, I have no doubt about what my God can do through you!!! Be Blessed!

Lol at the lady (Debbie Carter) saying she "can't see God in that"... Then goes on to list Kim's faults... How do u know God didn't use this movie as an avenue to help Kim? U can't see God in it, cause ur too busy judging... Which God says we should leave to Him. Step down of ur high horse and thank God the role was presented to her and that she accepted, watch the whole movie, support Tyler and all the other actors and staff who made this film, then maybe the rest of us may be able to see the God in YOU!!

The judging of Kim Kardashian is a shame! "christians" please pick the log out of your eye before removing the woodchip of Kim or Tyler for his decision. I tell ya I love the Lord but I despise going to church. The other actors and actresses in this movie haved sinned and i'm sure they have things to work on just like me and you. Thats a play idea right there though! Irritated about the judging however.... and thank you Tyler for isnspiring us all to strengthn our walk with God through your plays!

Who better to convey the message than someone likened unto the many individuals of the Bible, the harlot, the liar, the cheater..... God loves to use the foolish things to confound the wise. Loose the grip of control before you fall into the lane of witch craft. Yes many could have played the part but Kim was chosen. As a believer I will release great things in the atmosphere concerning Kim K. and I pray The Lord will make the "crooked places straight" in her life. So glad we serve a God of Love n Mercy

I never thought I would be married with no kids out of wedlock but somebody said but God.....everything ain't meant for the physical eye to see and how God deal with each child individually ain't our business our job is to love unconditionally uplift and encourage everybody and pray with a humble heart. Think about what you post next time because you could have discouraged someone from giving their life to Christ.

I agree with Tyler's decision to put Kim K in his movie. There are a lot of people out there that take a following to her and their lives could be changed for just wanting to see her in this movie. There could be a lot of new souls brought to God through just her appearance in this movie. I for would love it if Kim was brought closer to God through this movie and some of her fans might follow in her footsteps. Even though there might be some better actresses for this job she got it out of God's will which I will not disagree with. I wish I was in a movie that touched peoples' lives like this one. Keep up the good work Mr. Perry!

I agree with most here. Tyler is led by GOD when he is working on a project. Those who think they haven't sinned are kidding themselves. We have ALL sinned and fallen short of the glory of GOD. I'll pray that Kim will feel the Holy Spirit around her and may send her on a search for God in her life, and that of her family. Who better to set a Godly example than Tyler? None of us know what Kim has been through in her life that God could heal. I trust Tyler to follow his heart, and what God directs him to do, just like in all of his work. I'm a fan of all of Tyler's films. BTW I went through a very painful divorce many years ago, and I was left with a 3 year old son to raise alone. It was during that time that I had no one to depend on but God. It set me on a search and I have lived for God ever since! Praise His name.

What you need to do Ms. Debbie Carter is find someone you can Share love with, show a h** the love of Christ, be nice. People like you are the reason unsaved people dont want to be saved. I'm not sure I understand the anger about Kim K. She was chosen and this movie starting filming a long time ago...probably before her marriage/separation and definitely before her union and pregnancy with Kanye. Everybody I'm not sure how we're being so judgmental. If our dirt was in the media it would seem a lot bigger than what it may actually be. In addition, if our dirt was in the media the people that love us now may not love us so much anymore and we may not be so quick to spew hatred about what others are doing/not doing.

I've been married now for 15yrs. which we have 3 children and I've been in that type of situation and understand the desires that come when your marriage doesn't seem to be fulfilling. I don't understand how anyone can speak on behalf of Kim K. I Love her as a person and what she's done in her life is only publicly known because she's famous. Keep doing what your doing. I haven't missed 1 play, series, or movie that you've had your anointed hand on and I don't plan to start now. MAY GOD CONTINUE USING YOU TO DO HIS WILL. Ms. Debbie, I must say that I had to be reminded by my "DADDY", that is GOD, of who do you think you are that I can save you and not save anyone else that has done the same or worst things that y0u have done. I am not a KIM K fan either, but at the end of the day, I don't have the right to judge anyone without having that same judgment placed on me. We are all entitled to our opinions but when we use our own opinions to judge another we are NO better than them. We must realize that in our salvation, we must lead by example and we may lead someone right into the hands of the devil by the way we carry ourselves. So just be mindful of how you present your own thoughts and opinions....because how you say it is how it is taken even if you had a different meaning.....GROWN FOLKS THOUGHTS

God sent His Son for the unsaved. He is the reason we all who have received Him are righteous, it is not of our own WORKS! We as Christians are to share the LOVE of GOD with all mankind, JESUS did! Before He finished the work on Calvary for US, He said "Father forgive THEM for they know not what they do". When we see our brothers and sisters who are not in Christ, that should be our prayer for them. Then like Tyler we grab hold of their hand and show them LOVE no matter their sins, we are to seek the lost so that they can be SAVED, show them the GRACE of GOD that we received. The Goodness of God leads a man to repentance, not looking down on him. You are acting like the ones who wanted to stone the woman who was caught in adultery. That is not CHRIST like. If you are part of the BODY of CHRIST, act like it. It is not about you, it is about HIM! What you displayed is not of GOD and He ain't in it at all!

Debbie~ How are we to minister salvation if we don't reach for the ones that need it. It would be lovely to stay with our own kind, but that is not what God instructs us to do. He wants us to reach for the ones that need him. Kim is a beautiful and talented girl who need the love of our Father. Tyler, let the Lord use you! Remember, the woman with the Alabaster Box. They didn't want her at the party either, but God did and her life was never the same! God Bless You!

Dear Kim/Tyler critizers & Haters, Rev. Davis @ your service Be slow to wonder or question those who use people we don't approve of in certain films or positions in life to send His word out to millions. Remember when Jesus chose his disciples? Wasn't who many of "US" thought she be right hand men to "OUR" Lord & savior. Truth be told we are just as least worthy of "HIS" grace as Kim K. We all know how she got famous, whoopty doo a sex tape with Ray J. Now how did most of "US" get our salvation? In other words what were we doing that caused us to Find CHRIST? Or better yet what sins have "WE" committed since our salvation was paid for? Check it, I'm not on anybody case simply showing how easy it is to get caught up in salvation/ being saved & forget where in sin we came from. Ask yourself if I had a chance to be in A Tyler Perry production and my chance was taken away because of my past...how would I feel?? Cool with that....I think not. Simply because a chance (salvation) was extended to Peter even before he committed a sin Jesus knew about in advance.... Now He blessed people in midst of the sins they were going to committ But "We" find it distasteful to bless someone inspite of their past?????!!!!!???? Lol, servants wake up this is what the Devil lives for! T-eeezzy Per-eezy do yo thug-Izzy for the Lord & run on to see the end. "Sir-We Would Se Jesus"-scripture! Rev. Debbie, I agree with you on a few levels; having said that, God will be the judge of our deeds. Yes, I believe he could have made a better choice; someone who can be taken seriously, this is a serious matter; someone who is respected in a way which promotes being taken seriously. Kim, is not that person to reflect a message that will reach the multitude. However, I have supported Tyler Perry from the beginning until now, going to all of his plays, his movies, and even renting and purchasing all of his dvds. So, what I do respect is this; Tyler Perry came from the sordid bottom. Through hard work and dedication to those who entrust him with their forms of entertainment, he has sculptured many masterpieces to become the man he is today, provided many opportunities for others to grow, this is but one of them. I am committed to his talents, talents that have not faiedl me so far, which I can't say for most in Hollywood. I am certainly not a part of Kim's fan base, but Tyler Perry has earned that position, and I will not allow anyone to rob him of my loyalty nor me of enjoying his artistry. I'm just saying...

Greetings! I'm very intrigued to see this movie Temptation! I'm on the edge of my seat waiting for the 29th. Thank you for this movie and coming from another side of the field with this and Kudos for always sending a message to your audience that causes us to question somethings in our own lives. Now, on another note I have reviewed many of the comments, initial comment from Debbie and all others who followed in response to her comment. It is what it is. If she is compelled to feel that Tyler could have chosen someone better fit for the role that is her opinion as A FAN! but I think it's more interesting all of the comments to follow accuse her of judging Kim K, but aren't you all judging her? So which is the lesser of the two evils? all are being judged either way, and truth be told some of the stuff that Debbie stated was accurate. Hmm, I wonder how many people who are on here coming at Debbie just talked about the girl who has a too tight dress on who just came from the store, or a young woman who talks loud and you called her ghetto or anything throughout your day. OOOPs! I forgot all of you don't judge either. Look at the man in the mirror and the truth about you will set you free.. PEACE ~

I dont see anything wrong with Kim Kardishian being in this movie. Yes she has her faults, we all do, God wants us just like that, its not for you to judge her mistakes. She is a human being just like you, she has made mistakes in her life that she might not even be proud of but she is still a child of God. God created us all in his image, and he says our Body is his place to dwell, this means that God is in all of us. if you judge or hate someone, than you are judging and hating the one person you claim to love. God does not want perfect people in his Kingdom, who is perfect anyway? you are not perfect either because you are busy judging people who you dont even know. Judging is not for us but for God, God loves us all unconditionally no matter what you have done.

So many different thoughts and opinions and everyone is entitled to his or hers. This movie was very well thought out and portrayed to be very true and real. A lot of young people these days with reality t.v. and movies...not very often are intrigued by much else. I thought the same thing about Kim at first when the movie started. Because honestly i don't appreciate or like the Kardashians or what they stand for...but bringing her to this movie was ingenious and i truly believe Mr. Perry knew exactly what he was doing. Just her small meaningless part encouraged many to watch that look up to her. The younger generation still are clueless to AIDS, its history and the effect it still has on our country today. Well Done...I applaud the whole content of the story and everyone involved. Hope it helps just a little bit and we can hope you all can remember that is what it is about. Not just marriage, infidelity, and abuse...but AIDS as well. So many more lessons to learn....Life Lessons!!

How dare someone to even feel like they have that much power to critique and criticize the decision of a GOD trusting man and his faithfulness to such a being. Despite Kim's decisions and her past that none of us truly even know all of, no one knows her journey or walked in her shoes. No man nor women is perfect. It's more offensive to Mr. Perry to "opinionize" (and yes that is my own word) his choices of what success can come out of just a film for the world. I'm quite sure Kim has a million of fans (one not being you of course) that were intrigued to come out and support and learn something from this film. And as for Tyler, this could have been his good deed for a women who may have needed guidance or found her way back. Either way, you never know anyone's journey, physically, emotionally, mentally or spiritually to analyze in such a hateful and judgmental way. Basically you just said, "Hey tyler, good job but i can do better." in a more manipulative way. Or your like the pastor who said "come as you are" and when they come with jeans and a tshirt on and share their story the whole church is talking about them. Watch how you use the name God in a statement. Seek the goodness of GOD and hopefully you'll learn to not be so judgmental.
