Description:
Tyler Perry's House of Payne is a comedy series about a multigenerational, working class family who experiences all of life's struggles with faith, love and most importantly humor. Pops, the uncle and head of the household, has his life and home turned upside down when an unexpected event forces his nephew, CJ, played by Allen Payne, and CJ's kids to move into the house, putting three generations under one roof.
This chaotic living situation takes its toll on cranky Pops, who is reluctant to have his routine disturbed. In addition to CJ's family, Pops and Ella's son, Calvin, a wise-cracking college kid with no money, hangs out at home which makes it impossible for Pops to have any peace and quiet. It soon becomes evident just how wide the generation gap is, as the family tries to find a way to coexist through all of life's hilarious ups and downs.
Putting the family back in family comedy, Tyler Perry's House of Payne tackles real life issues with very funny humor.

Tyler Perry,please bring back the House of Paynes I really enjoyed the sitcoms and i am courious to know happen with Calvin and Marinda marriage,is she really filing for divorce so we needs to have another season plz!!!! and still them in the morning even though I already seen every one of them.

Tyler Perry, please bring back House of Payne. It was one of the best sitcoms on todays' tv. It was honestly a breath of fresh air. I honestly miss the wisdom and encouragement your show brought to primetime tv also the tears and laughter. Either bring back the show or make a movie to really wrap things up.

I am excited about the upcoming new shows on OWN, and I am looking forward to seeing For Better or Worse again. However, I would love for you to bring back "MR. BROWN". Tyler, you keep on giving us great things to watch on TV and the movies. God Bless,

I know it's been a while since House of Payne, but honestly the show can't end the way it did. It was such a good show, that just came to an abrupt stop. It would make sense to leave off with the last show being that Miranda wants a divorce with Calvin, but their surely needs to be another season. I'd rather have a horrible show that end's with a great ending than to have a great show to end with a horrible ending. Sadly to say, House of Payne is one of those shows that ends with a horrible ending, and it would be hard to find someone who disagrees. So please, at least 1 more season, better ending, and if you can tell me when that'll be, even better.

I know the final episode of Hop has long past but I still can't stop thinking about it. I felt like you struck gold with the chemistry between Keisha Night-Pulliam and Lance Gross. It gave the show a more serious tone at times and invited a younger audience in. Please bring the show back or at least do a spin off...

Dear Tyler, I have all of your movies, and all of the plays, and the House of Paynes is my favorite, as I write this comment I'm watching season 10, I started with s-4, by tomorrow I go to season 7 that's my favorite, We all in the Lee household watch HOP everyday, I'm still waiting for s-11 please resume the HOP that's the best thing that ever happened to us. we all love your plays and movies you really know how to entertain your audience, I need you to continue The House of Paynes, I've never seen one of your plays but I would love to see all of your plays in person, please comeback to Nashville, TN
